Dear DCM2M member,

DCM2M is a trading platform licensed by Labuan FSA. Each KYC review process is rigorously conducted to comply with local government regulations.

Due to the sudden surge in KYC submissions in recent days, our existing backend staff are working diligently to manually review each KYC submission. Each received KYC form requires manual review, and it will take approximately 7 working days to process all current applications.

It has come to our attention that a significant number of rejections stem from members not JOIN our Telegram Channel. We kindly request our members to ensure that they have followed the guidelines when submitting the KYC form to increase the success rate of the review.

Congratulations to all members who have completed the two-step KYC verification process (Real Name Verification and Telegram Admission), the next milestone of Dynachain will be waiting for you: DCPLUS! We are very excited that Dynachain's integrated with blockchain is on track, and thank you to all of our esteemed members for your co-operation in bringing the Dynachain Telegram community to more than 10,000 people in just over a month's time! This is a great achievement and a successful start!

For those who have not yet submitted their KYC, or have already submitted their KYC forms but have not been approved, we have decided to give you an additional 15 days grace period until 15 November 2023 at (2359 UTC+8). Please take this opportunity to log in to DCM2M and submit your full name verification document / username for joining Dynachain Official Telegram channel (https://t.me/dynachaindc) as soon as possible, so that you can enjoy more benefits and privileges of DC Plus after you pass the KYC verification!

DCM2M

Starting from 1 November 2023, DCM2M will temporarily limit the KYC submission and support email functions, and will disable the DC deposit/withdrawal/trading functions for the purpose of data consolidation. The balance of DC in DCM2M account will be deposited into DCNow.vip member system by the backend after the data collation, members DO NOT need to perform update operation in DCM2M.

For members who have completed the two-step KYC verification process, the DC Reward in their DCNow.vip account will be upgraded to DC Plus.

After the 15th of November 2023, DCM2M will undergo a general data consolidation and optimisation process, after which DCM2M will go live with DCPLUS deposit/withdrawal/trading functionality for DCPLUS/USDT pairs. The launch will be announced in an announcement. Please look forward to more features of DCM2M in the future!
